PLW Y6 Tram

Introducing the LNER Y6 Trams! First Built in 1883 for the Great Eastern Railway's Wisbech and Upwell tramway (at the time, classified as G15s), these locomotives were uses versatilely for decades along the tramway and later on the Yarmouth tramway. Ten of the class were in service by by 1897, however, with the introductions of the LNER J70s (C53s) four of the class had been withdrawn by 1913, and the remaining six making it to 1931 before withdrawals began again. with two being scrapped between 1931 and 1933. Another two had been scrapped by 1940, leaving just only two to go into nationalization, before meeting their fateful end by 1952.

This Mod was made as an Overall representation of the class. Despite its pitiful tractive effort of 5837lbs, this fun little engine is great for early game shunting, short jaunts between Whitter and Bryson, or becoming an industry pilot.
