Adds the Northern Pacific ACF-built 10000 series boxcar to the game in 3 different paint schemes plus a data only version.

Having not being assigned any USRA cars during World War I, the Northern Pacific found themselves desperately short on boxcars in the early 1920s. In 1923, they took the USRA design and modified it slightly, with 7-8 ends and a radial roof, which was common on NP boxcars at that time. 4,000 of these boxcars were built and ended up serving the NP until the late 1950s when they started to be phased out by more modern all steel cars. These were general service cars that could be seen anywhere across the US and Canada.
