Modifies The Passenger Coaches to have the capacity that is visible in them rather then Base Game Numbers
Changes Passenger Capacity to the amount of seats visible in each Coach. Requires Manual Install, will need to Remove the orginal Files in Streaming Assets and Replace with these new ones.

Osgood-Bradley 1915 Steel Lightweight Coach: 84 - 76
