Map Enhancer dramatically improves the UI Map
- Adds traincar markers to the map
- Adds ability to see and add/remove flares (fusees) on the map
- Clickable junctions/switches (size configurable)
- Added new follow mode, map will track last selected loco, activate with CTRL-Z (configurable)
- Added Map re-center on player/camera button, SHIFT-Z (configurable), (tired of double tapping M?)
- Added teleport locations via dropdown menu in top right

Junctions will disappear at the configurable zoom distance (cut-off) and will continue to show mainline switches only.

Basically you can now use the Z key (configurable) to toggle between small map in top left and larger floating window. Docked window size is configurable in the settings. The floating window will remember it's size/position when toggling. Will look to add other dock locations/flexible.
