MandyHammer's Baggage Car

Restores the Baggage Car into the game by giving it a price. Also comes with detailed paint-job options - Forgive the rainbow nightmare in the second picture, but it shows all the colour option fields.

With the Custom Passenger Bonus mod, it also adds in a 10% passenger ticket price increase, as people carry their luggage and express mail.

Fixes the following problems with the stock model:

• []Price set to 6000, allowing them to be bought in company mode

  []Doors now say "Click to Open" to open, and "Click to Close" to close, not the other way around

• Missing animation objects are disabled to prevent errors in the log
