📋 About This Mod
An overhauled loan system that makes it harder to use loans to instantly unlock everything.
An overhaul for the loan system that makes loans more realistic and more costly! The bank no longer values everything you own, and by default you can only take out 50% of your railroads value in loans. Loans will get interest added daily at midnight, and every 5 days instead of paying interest, you have to make a payment on the loan (which will actually pay down the loan value). Paying down the loan value will reduce the payment needed at the end of the 5 days. Several values can be tweaked in the settings menu (Host only).
