Katers Alarka Iron Mines

The mod converts the Copper mines into Alarka Iron Mines (AIM). With both the mines at Tier 5, it can provide with half the needs of the Steel Works at T5 (mines at T5 fully provide the Steel Works at T3).

Getting it going: 

• []Choosing tier. This mod is balanced with  Katers Tuckasegee Steel Works. When you set the tier of these mines to the same tier as the Steel Works, they, together, can provide half the needed amount of iron ore. The rest can be brought in via an other mine (like Katers McClain Iron Mine), or will be automatically delivered at the interchange. Alternatively, you can also set this mine to a higher tier then the steel works. To fully provide the steel works, T5 mines matches T3 Steel works, T4 mine matches T2 Steel works, T3 mine matches T1 steel works.[/]

  []Buying Yennies. If you have my Tuckasegee Steel Works, this mod runs as captive freight. This means you need to buy you own ore jennies (HMI type).  Set them up with captive freight to Load at McClain Iron Mine - Ore and unload at the HighLine - TSW Blast Furnaces. Don't forget that you can only find these locations in the list when the contracts are active. There are multiple Jennies out that are supported: for a 1950's look, Trowzr's (80t), Tomers(57. 5t)  and CoachFreemans (120t) for a more modern look.[/]

  []Buying logging cars. This mine only works when it is has enough mining supplies and pine logs as mine supports. The supplies will be delivered at the interchange. In Hemingway, a logging camp is created that provides pine logs (and also some pulpwood for the papermill if needed). Running at tier 5, each mine needs two cars of pine logs (car type KatAIM_FM, Logging Flat Car for AIM) daily. Set them to load logs from Hemingway Log Camp Pine and unload at Alarka Iron Mine 1/2 Pine. [/]

  Installation:

  Install this mod with FUSE's installer, RailLoader or Railforge, but not UMM. Or unzip it and move the folder to the mods folder

  Standalone: If you do not have the Steel Works installed, this mod will adapt and run standalone. Jennies will be ordered  automatically at the interchange. BUT, you still have to buy and run cars with pine logs as captive freight.
