Makes the Flyingspud1. 11 (https://www.nexusmods.com/railroader/mods/246) at Ela a standalone industry.

I enhanced with more assets but didn't change the original industry configuration.

You will be able to transport potatoes by box cars or reffer cars

You need to load it via raillroader
