HSL Bryson - Sylva (High Speed Line) by Alfi_25

UK: The HSL begins at Gov-Island and runs directly to Whitter - Yard on the first section. For a better connecting, a switch connection in the eastern part of Whittier can be used to enter the freight yard.

From Whittier, the line continues directly to Dillsboro. Once there, the last section to Sylva can be travelled via the regular line.

The entire HSL can be travelled continuously from Gov-Island to Dillsboro at a speed of 80 mph. The maximum speed limit of 25 mph on switches applies for the approaches and departures in Gov-Island, Whittier and Dillsboro.

The expansion of the yard in Dillsboro is essential for the operation.

DE: Die HSL beginnt in Gov-Island und verläuft auf dem ersten Abschnitt direkt nach Whitter - Yard. Für eine bessere Anbindung kann über eine Weichenverbindung im östlichen Teil von Whittier in den Güterbahnhof gefahren werden.

Von Whittier geht es anschließend auf direktem Wege weiter nach Dillsboro. Dort angekommen kann das letzte Stück nach Sylva über die Stammstrecke zurückgelegt werden.

Die gesamte HSL kann von Gov-Island bis nach Dillsboro mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 80 mph ununterbrochen befahren werden. Für die Zu und Abfahrt in Gov - Island, Whittier und in Dillsboro gilt die maximale Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 25 mph auf Weichen.

Für den Betrieb ist zwingend der Ausbau des Yard in Dillsboro erforderlich.
