Foxy's Bryson Yard and Tweaks

This is more of a "bundled" mod for Bryson, combining many ideas into one. It adds the fuel crossover, the east crossover, and a crossover from the yard to the wye. The repair facility has been expanded and has a dedicated repair parts track drop-off location. You also have an option to build a loop.

I've set lots of conflicts within the definitions. In general, any crossover, repair, loop/wyes, or other related yard mods in the Bryson area will not work unless mentioned above.
