Extend the tracks from the siding in Ela to reach their facilities and strengthen your railroad’s expanding industrial reach.

  Phase 2: Build Foering Freight House Foundations $2000 6 Cars

  • []With rail access established, it’s time to prepare for larger-scale operations. Grade the site and construct the foundations for a dedicated freight depot near Foering Cooperage. This groundwork will allow for efficient handling of outbound barrels and future inbound materials.

    Phase 3: Build Foering Freight Depot $4000 9 Cars

    • Complete construction of the freight depot and bring the operation fully online. With proper loading facilities in place, Foering Cooperage can now ship barrels reliably across your railroad, opening the door to increased freight traffic and continued growth in the region.

      Industry Information:

      On tier 5, Foering Cooperage will take 40 tons/day (42ft AAR Steel Frame Boxcar) of dimension-lumber hauled by YOU to it's location. All other cars will be ordered via the interchange, with an average of 1-2 per day depending on tier, and output.
