East Sylva Mainline Realignment

Just a few small tweaks to the main that runs through E Sylva. Makes the middle track the main line that passes through. I felt this to be more reasonable now that the wye has been officially added into the game. This also allows for extra car staging, or more places to feel comfortable leaving a dedicated locomotive in the vicinity. Speed limit though is listed at 35, the old main is 20 to reinforce its new status as an industry access track and dissuade AE from choosing that as the first line through. Added a crossover from the north side as well to function as a runaround/escape track.
