Diesel Fuel Stand Tweaks

This mod is more meant for servers/players running a more "modern" railroad, where a higher diesel fuel rate is necessary. Players with larger saves and a mostly diesel fleet brought this to my attention. After digging, I discovered that the fuel stands, like the coal conveyors, are editable. There will be only two versions, one with a higher fuel transfer rate of 8000 gal/h and another with the transfer rate plus double capacity. They can be downloaded separately.
