Adds custom options to RS-3, RSC-3 and RSD-5
Adds additional customisation options to Salty's RS-3, RSC-3 and RSD-5 colourable units, both LHF and SHF, these being
-long hood standard and short hood standard & regular chopped nose classification and marker lights
-headlight visors for long hood high single, short hood high single and no brow single headlights, complete with colourisers
-chevron stripes on the frame ends
Additional stuff to do:
-add classlights and marker lights to CanPac chopped nose
-striping options + WP&YR options
-add all these to the T-3
