DGS.' DMIR M-3 customisations

Adds following customisations to DM&IR M-3:

Locomotive:

-cylinder jackets

-cab lettering

-hazard stripes (D&RGW-style)

-wheel spoke, center and stars

-dome numbers

-cylinder heads

Tender:

-KsOd v2, v3b and v4a logos (feel free to replace these with stuff of your own)

-N&W and N&W (lens flare) logos

-a borrowed 1936 GN logo should you want to do a GN livery

+lettering remover

-lower lining

-low road number and frame stripe, similar to a China Rail QJ

-bunker lettering
