Adds the Chesapeake & Ohio Class GB 40ft Gondola to the game in two different C&O paint schemes, plus a Clinchfield version and a Data Only version.

In 1937 the C&O ordered 1,000 peaked rounded end gondolas from Bethlehem Steel with an interior length of 40ft 6in. They used a design similar to the AAR Recommended Practice 41ft gondola. These cars had fixed ends and were intended for aggregate service. At some point, the Clinchfield bought a group of these cars second hand from the C&O, though I have not been able to find accurate information for when or how many they bought.
