AER Sylva Depot

Adds a new water column, coal conveyor, diesel stand, turntable, house and repair track as well as scenery assets around the Sylva Depot.

The water column and coal loader are placed to load simultaneously on most steam engines. Sylva Coal & Lumber has been moved to a new spur off of the east end of the depot siding with the old spur turned to face in the opposite direction and used as the turntable lead. The house track and repair parts spur branches off the west end of the depot siding. Both the Main and Siding now have repair track spans that repair, but not overhaul locomotives and passenger equipment during layovers. The mod also places several building and vehicle assets around the depot.

Requires Strange Customs, Alina's MapMod, SCOLD, Rex's Props and CLB's Assets. This mod uses Assets from @C_L_B 's Asset pack and Rex's Assets.
