Adds the ACF Type 27 8,000 Gallon Single Dome Tank Car to the game in 9 different as-delivered prototype paint schemes, plus a player purchasable data only version.

Debuting in 1927 and cataloged until 1949, ACF built over 20,000 Type 27 tank cars in varying capacities, with the most common being the 8,000 gallon version. Both large and small companies ordered these cars, with orders varying from just 1-2 cars to orders in the thousands. These cars were used for transporting a variety of liquids, but with the overwhelming majority being petroleum products.
