As voted on by the WNCRR community! Adds the AC&F Type 27 8,000 Gallon 3 Dome Tank Car to the game in four different prototypical paint schemes; Pan Am Oils, Navy Gas & Supply, Shell Chemical Company, and basic Shippers' Car Line.

Cataloged and built by American Car & Foundry between 1928 and 1948, the Type 27 standard tank car frame was used for thousands of single, double, triple, and even quintuple dome tank cars of varying capacities. Multiple dome tank cars were a minority, being that they were purpose built specialized service cars. They transported various grades of gasoline, oils of all kinds, printing inks, chemicals, and more. Only 29 of the 8,000 gallon Type 27 tank cars were constructed. Despite their small numbers, they were important cars that will fit right in with Railroader gameplay.
