Adds an ACF 40ft flatcar, gondola conversion, and purchasable logging version of the flatcar to the game, in eight different prototypical paint schemes plus data only versions.

Throughout the 1910s and 1920s, American Car & Foundry built a large number of 40ft steel flatcars for myriad railroads. Options varied slightly between orders, but at the core of this design was a 40ft steel fishbelly frame car. This specific one modeled was built using plans for the Atlantic Coast Line version.

Five different custom loads have been made specifically for this car: Dimensional lumber, Crates, Bridge Beams, Rebar, and Logs!

The logging version has a capacity of 6 logs, and is available in the purchasing menu for $2,500. I have set it up this way because the game treats log loads as a quantity. Six logs works out to be right around the tonnage capacity of the car itself.
