Adds the AAR Recommended Practice design 11-Panel 41ft steel gondola to the game in seven different prototypical paint schemes, plus a data only version.

These AAR-design steel gondolas were built between 1945-1956 in several different variations with 9, 10, 11, and 13 side panels. Six railroads ordered the 11-panel variation: ACL, Central of Georgia, GM&O, Georgia Railroad, P&WV, and W&LE. The W&LE cars ended up on NKP and eventually the N&W. The P&WV cars ended up on the N&W as well. These are fixed-end gondolas used for hauling aggregates and other loose loads. Paint schemes represented in this mod are: ACL, CofG (early and late), Georgia RR, P&WV, and NKP.
