Sk.37 -Macross R VF-11B-

Not much to say about the skin, just happen to bump into this design and was inspired by it.

Mainly because it's the only aircraft that has "somehow" proper UV mapping.

I will do other aircraft only if RBD2 decides to fix his stupid UV issues.

Also if NJMKSR (or whatever his name is) decides to update his long-dead skin repository some day.

Macross: The Ride or Macross R is a light novel published in Dengeki Hobby, a Japanese magazine specialized in model kit news. Unlike other Macross stories, this one is more or less "Initial D or Wangan Midnight but with Valkyrie" - The plot of this novel is set in an air race competition performed using advanced civilian Valkyries inside the colony ship in the year of 2058 A. D., one year before the event of the TV series Macross Frontier.

A lot of different Valkyrie models throughout series history made their appearance in the novel. This skin represents VF-11B "Nothung Ⅱ"

No, it's NOT a typo, the author of this novel named it like that.
