Rocketman's NPC Reskin Project

Somewhat of a realisation of the in-limbo Wingman Fanon Project.

Adds Mercenary liveries for various Mercenary units in the game, such as the Burlok Privateers, Master Goose Squadron, Sicario, Thorn Rose, and other unnamed mercenaries throughout the game.

Also adds CIF liveries for the Accipiter, F/C-16, MG-31, Sk. 25, Sk. 37, SV-37 and VX-23, Federation liveries to the SV-37 and Sk. 30, a unique livery for Assassin Squadron, and a unique livery for PK Steel, thanks to Daftestdrafter.

The mod also adds Federation and CIF skins for the I/A-52 and C/T-17, as well as remastered textures for the BC-4S.

Finally, the mod modifies most campaign levels in order to apply the skins to the various units, both in the main campaign and Frontline-59. This shouldn't have any unintended side effects (I think). If there's any glaring issues (aside from the MF02 softlock bug, that's an issue with the game itself) please report them.

All added skins are optionally usable via installing them using the new UGC pipeline. All the skins are organised into folders so a simple drag and drop is all that is required. PK Steel livery by Daftestdrafter can be found here.
