📋 About This Mod
My personal edits to planes and weapons (almost entirely buffs) for both basegame and F59. All planes are 2 seaters, all planes have access to AoA Limiter. Compatible with Rocketman's skins.
I made this for myself in 2025 to use B17BAHMER's Balance Mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/projectwingman/mods/613) with Rocketman's skins (link in Requirements). Eventually I remade the mod to fit my own personal tastes (at the time Hard difficulty with Double Time mutator, i.e. 2x enemy air spawns). I saw today that apparently we still don't have a rebalance mod compatible with Rocketman's skins so here we are.
I can guarantee that this works with F59 since you can verify the skins existing in the hangar, not 100% on base PW but it looks correct to me. If there's any bugs feel free to either report it (no guarantees it gets fixed) or fix it yourself and upload your own version of the mod.
I don't mind requests but I'm not disabling 2 seaters or removing access to AoA limiter. Nerfing planes is also not really my thing unless it's well reasoned.

UPDATE 2026/05/18:
-I was playing through Mercenary with Double Time enabled and noticed that for some reason I was able to easily dodge missiles in the F/S-15 but not the SK. 37, despite most stats generally being in favour of the SK numbers-wise. I ended up messing with the plane's "interp" values and after some casual testing buffed most of the other planes along this basis as well. I also made some small updates to HISM/HVSM availability and matched F59 and PW stats which I noticed had minor differences (e.g. speed stats being off).
-This update is probably too overpowered for most people so it's been made optional. I'm not a fantastic pilot but was able to clear Pillars of Communication on Mercenary Double Time with an F4 in first person with these changes pretty comfortably, for an example.
UPDATE 2026/01/04:
-Thanks to feedback from Capitanfly I realized that the extra rails I'd added to the VX-23 and F/S-15 weren't working as intended. STDM rails 3 and 4 on these planes would launch in a consistently wrong direction depending on the map, with some maps being unaffected while others result in missiles firing behind the aircraft. The map I used to test the VX-23 (Uphill Every Way) is one of the few where the extra rails fire correctly, thus I'd missed the issue till now. Both planes have been reverted to 2 STDM rails.
-AoA Limiter has been added to the Accipiter. I was under the false impression that this didn't work with VTOL planes but I actually tested and it works fine. Be aware that you can very quickly stop your plane's forward movement if holding AoA Brake for too long in the Accipiter.
-Additionally, the Chimera's main guns have been changed to HGPs (Looks a bit awkward with the old muzzle flash but fires faster than regular HGPs). If these need more ammo let me know, I've left it vanilla for no
