1. Ensure you have the Project Sicario Merger (PSM) and the F-4 Early Production Series Mod are installed.
2. Go to your Project Wingman installation folder.
( ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Project Wingman\ProjectWingman... )
3. Make a "~mods" folder in ...\ProjectWingman\Content\Paks
Or if you already have the ~mods folder, just extract/copy the .pak file in this zip to the ~mods folder.
4. Run Project Sicario Merger
5. Wait for the program to finish then exit the program.
6. Run the game
