Finally got hex modding figured out for Project Wingman. This mod, while all are renamed to Essex. Some will appear to contain dots or with less characters due to limitations. For future renaming mods. I'll improve on that when I find the time.
-In order to install this mod. Create a ~mods folder in \ProjectWingman\Content\Paks\. "
-Drag the Essex Air Force mod" into the ~paks folder
-Go to the game's conquest mode
-Play a mission (skip this step if you already played at least one)
-Select any one of the pilots in the hiring den when you select a new mission to play
