[B42] Irish's Fallout VATS

This mod adds VATS to Project Zomboid Press V and it opens an overlay. Click the highlighted zombies and it queues up a shot then click enter and it rolls to hit the zombie. There is a 2s cooldown between VATS activation and a max of 6 shots per round. There are two modes, (changed in mod settings) Slowmo: slows the game down, will freeze game once zombies are within certain range (game limitation) Freeze mode: freezes the game when you click into VATS. There is controller support, enable it in the mod options. Keybinds for controller cannot be changed, R3 (right stick click) to enter VATS, dpad left and right to find zombies, A to select zombie, dpad down to shoot, B to exit. Keybinds can be changed in the keybinds settings. Options > Mods > Fallout VATS. Kill count: VATS kills count toward your Zombies Killed. Accuracy: change all the accuracy figures Endurance: each shot costs a little endurance, set up as 0. 005 at default value. same as an axe swing.
