Can wrap any item weighing up to 20 kg. Craft in the context menu while holding any item in your primary hand (or when dual-wielding). Crafting requires a binding material (rags, duct tape, strips) in combination with a wrapping (newspapers, takeout boxes, lunch bags). Different box sizes based on an initial item weight.
