Progressbar 98VV is a modification for the game Progressbar95 that adds a system similar to the unofficial Russian build of Windows 98 called Windows 98IF. The mod may have some flaws and bugs.Windows 98IF website:
Windows 98IF is an unofficial (third-party) build of the operating system, created based on the official Windows 98 Second Edition (SE) by Russian enthusiasts. Its main author and publisher is Igor Fedorenko (IFkO).
Key features and differences from the standard Windows 98SE:
Updates and drivers: The build includes the main updates from Microsoft, as well as updated and added drivers for various devices.

Software: Some of the default programs have been replaced with more successful ones, according to the authors. Useful programs have also been added, and those that are considered useless have been removed.
Codecs and Settings: Codecs for multimedia have been added and updated, and useful system settings have been implemented.
