Description

A free fan mod that turns Diana into Dion: a small boy android in the same Capcom style. The face is a sculpt on her existing head mesh, so her facial morphs still run. The Low-quality hair is a new crop. Her body, clothes, skeleton, and voice are unchanged.

This is cosmetic. It does not change the story, the voice lines, or the animations.

Installation instructions

1. Install REFramework nightly for PRAGMATA (dinput8.dll next to the exe). In the Insert overlay, enable Loose File Loader.

2. Install Fluffy Mod Manager and point it at PRAGMATA.

3. Drop the Dion zip into Fluffy's PRAGMATA Mods folder, or drag the zip onto Fluffy.

4. Enable Dion. Disable any other mod that replaces Diana's head or Low-quality hair (Young Aerith, Blackhair, other hair/head zips).

5. In-game: Graphics → Hair Quality → Low.

6. Do not copy files into PRAGMATA\natives\. Let Fluffy inject.

Main features

- Boy face on Diana's head (ch0100_10), same vertex count so expressions still work

- Short crop for Hair Quality Low (ch0100_20), with a patched physics chain

- Default body, outfits, and voice left vanilla

Known limits

- Medium / High strand hair is not in this zip. If Hair Quality is not Low, you will see stock Diana hair.

- Other costumes are untested. Use the default outfit.

- Crop physics is a first pass on her long-hair chains. It moves. It is not a custom solver.

Last but not least, this is not possible without AI tools: Cursor and Grok
