Antarctic Boom (2) The Antarctic

The Antarctic treaty will soon be signed, which will alow oil drilling and mining to be leagle in Antarctica. Your company has taken out and $18,000 loan to begin construction on the roads that will eventually allow trucks to take mining supplies and oil to the ports. Although the treaty hasn't yet been signed, you should get a head start by building bridges and charging tolls for trucks. That will bring in the real cash.
