Stress x Cost Tool

Version: 20240719 Stress x Cost (SxC) is the relative stress(%) multiplied by the current cost ($) of any particular edge. This value measures how much you spend is utilized to resist the loading of the vehicles, and thus, your bridge efficnecy. If you have a $500 rope with a 10% stress, it means that only $50 that you spend is utilized and you over reinforce the remaining $450. Therefore, the SxC value of this rope is $50. Sum of SxC is to add all edge SxC values. A lower SxC usually meaning a more efficient bridge. Toggle Edge Exclusion Mode if you do not want to calculate SxC values for any particular edges. For example, the road surface of the bridge or to analyse SxC values for part of the bridge only. 20230916: Published 20240103: Added Budget based Foundation Equivalent SxC calculation.
