This mod allows you to increase (or decrease) the max length of materials to any value you want! Simply open console with ~ and type "open_material_lengths_menu" (or type part of it and press Tab to auto-complete), then press Enter to open the menu. Use The up/down arrow keys to select the material to edit, and then type in the length you want. Press Enter to save these changes.
