First Warfare (GW1 UI)

List of changes:

- All of the spotting icons have been changed (including the unused ones)

- All the ability icons

- Consumable icons

- GW1-style slot machine

- GW1-style last objective UI

- UI sound effects were replaced to match those in GW1

- All of the character party icons (except Delivery Chomper/Goat)

- Controller buttons replaced for Xbox 360 GW1 ones
