Dirty Terrain Replacer (1.7)

THIS IS A REPLACEMENT MOD. Please know that if you replace any / all of the existing terrains the changes will reflect on your existing zoos as well. It also does not alter any of the animals' desired terrain ratios (i.e. animals will consider leaf litter to count to their soil needs), so keep that in mind if you're playing with welfare on.

This modpack contains texture replacements for the terrain paint system in Planet Zoo, loosely inspired by Zoo Tycoon 2's greater variety of terrain. Each replacer takes one of the soil, one of the rock, and one of the sand and replaces them with a leaf litter texture, the gravel path texture, and a mud texture respectively.

For now, this pack contains replacement files for the desert, grasslands, taiga, temperate, and tropical biomes.

    Known bugs:

    • []temperate biome appears to have issues when layering three or more terrain paints including grass in a single area.

      []temperate biome appears to have incorrect scaling between gravel paint and gravel path.

      []snow terrain paint reflects underlying smooth rock texture which then defaults to gravel.
