Allows players to customize the rate of generation for various resources. Players can choose to increase or decrease the speed at which they generate Energy, Heat, Pressure, Biomass, Insects, Oxygen and Plants. This can be used to stretch
Configuration file allows players to change the following. These multipliers will affect all buildings that generate these resources.
For example:

[]With `Energy = 0. 5`, a wind turbine will generate 0. 6 kW/s instead of it's usual 1. 2 kW/s.
