Custom Audio

This mod lets you replace all in-game sound effects on-the-fly without having to overwrite the game's assets file.

The first time you load into the game world, the mod will save all sound effects to a folder called BepInEx/plugins/CustomAudio. You can edit any of these files using Audacity or find free sound replacements at freesound.org.

To reload the sounds from the audio files, press the L key on the keyboard or restart the game if you are removing a custom sound.

I have included replacements for two of the more annoying sounds in the game - the drill sound and the popup notification sound - in the optional files.

Config

You can edit the config file once you have run the game with this mod installed. Config files are created in BepInEx\config.

Technical

To install this mod, first install BepInEx for Planet Crafter, then place the dll file in BepInEx\plugins.

You can use this tool to install BepInEx.
