Better Vehicle Handling

One thing that bothered me while playing Planet Crafter was the sluggish vehicle handling. It has always felt like I was driving a tank. So, I decided to learn how to make a basic mod for the game and this is what I ended up with! I am quite happy with the way it turned out, but if anybody can suggest an improvement, please let me know. I made this for my own play through, so the changes are fairly modest - I did not want to drastically change the way the game played by making it feel like I was driving a sports car.

Better Vehicle Handling changes:

• []Increases vehicle maximum steering angle from 45° to 75°

  []Increased vehicle handling parameter by about 25%. This affects your ability to take turns while moving

  []Improves the vehicle's resistance to rolling by about 30%. I was tired of mashing F4 every 60 seconds

  []Reduced the amount the vehicle will bounce while driving over small bumps. This makes it feel less like you're driving on a trampoline

• Increased the vehicle's maximum reverse speed by 33%

  Additionally, the mod's parameters can be manually configured to your liking by editing the BetterVehicleHandling.cfg file in the "config" folder in BepInEx's root directory. I added a parameter to the config for "Forward Speed Multiplier" - by default this is set to 1 (no change), but if you would like to turn your vehicle into a cheetah on wheels, you have the power!
