Back to the Future, Courthouse, 1955 version. Download the whole set to build a complete town square. Please don't PM me for tips on creating the paths, it takes a lot of time and luck. I suggest watching some of the tutorial videos already published on Youtube. The original building by Jorgpot. I added the surrounding square and lighting rig. I also tweaked the materials to make it more accurate. HIs model is here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=802058216 BTTF. This does NOT require the DLC.
