Psychic Virus

When an incapable psychic awakens to their power they set in motion the start of something unbelievable in the modern world, the creation of a virus emitted by psychic energy. Will humanity wipe itself out in response to these powers growing unstable? or will the stronger find a way to save their race with these new powers? I should state now that i'm not the greatest at this, nor do I have much experience. -Two endings, the generic one or the peaceful one. -Possible balance issues. -Possibly easy. -Have fun... I hope. If you can make a better version then please do, i'd love to play a psychic-based virus made by someone that actually knows what they're doing. x_x Disclaimer, this is in no way an official scenario, I realize this was probably obvious but I wanted to disclaim it anyway just to be safe.
