1). What does this mod collection contain?:

Community Patch consists of the following stand-alone modules:

  2). What do these mods do?:

  Community Patch Basic - includes a lot of suggestions from the Deadfire Polishing Poll - a poll made by players for players in order to pinpoint the possible balance problems and to address them. Basic mod - is a conservative patch, it includes only the most desired by the majority of voters changes (specifically tweaks and changes that had twice more votes pro change than votes against).

  Community Patch Extra - also includes the suggestions from Deadfire Polishing Poll. Specifically those that didn't make it into Basic package, but still have more votes pro than votes against.

  Community Patch Icons -  adds a completely unique set of icons for all passive talents and effects. They were handcrafted with being as suggestive, unique and fitting / lore-friendly as possible in mind.

  Community Patch Keywords - addresses the randomness and apparent lack of systematic approach to spell keywords. This mainly affects priest, and to a lesser degree druids, ciphers, wizards and rangers.

  Community Patch Typos - fixes a wide array of typos found in the English version of the game (specifically 195 typos and mismatched strings by now).

  3). Detailed list of changes (as of v2. 0. 5):

  • []Arcing Blow (innate ability of flails) now provides 30% graze-to-hit, up from 10% chance

    []Cinder Bomb now has correct attack id and correctly gains Accuracy and Penetration bonuses with pickpocket (vanilla game bugfix)

    []Deep Pockets: all classes (except rogue) can now learn a rank 5 talent that unlocks 1 quick item slot

    []Improved Critical base damage bonus increased from +10% to +15%

    []Lasting Empower now provides +30% affliction and inspiration base duration on empowered actions; and grants a +15% affliction and inspiration base duration bonus till the end of combat

    []Potent Empower base damage bonus increased from +15% to +20%

    []Slog Zone movement speed debuff no longer lingers on rest (vanilla game bugfix)

    []Stunned characters now additionally suffer from -10 Reflex

    []Uncanny Luck hit-to-crit chance increased from 5% to 10%

    Enemies/Encounters:

    • []Have increased Talfor's EncounterLevel from 1 to 4 in order to match related "Sealed Fate" quest level and avoid overscaling when upscaling is enabled (vanilla game bugfix)
      • []Fire Godlike's Battle Forged now scales at +10% per power level

        []Moon Godlike's Silver Tide now scales at +10% per power level

        []Carnage originated from offhand, no longer uses main hand's base damage (vanilla game bugfix)

        []Thick Skinned now provides +1 Engagement bonus permanently (as per description), instead of only when barbarian's health is below 50%. (credit goes to testlum) (vanilla game bugfix)

        []Crushing Blow now correctly has +50% Crit damage bonus, instead of +20% damage bonus being listed twice (vanilla game bugfix)

        []Panther's Leap and Dragon Leap now use correct PL as upgrade from regular Leap (effectively +3PL) (credit goes to Elric Galad) (vanilla game bugfix)

        []Spirit Tornado's Stagger effect is no longer limited to weapon attacks; and just like Spirit Frenzy can Stagger with spells (vanilla game bugfix)
