📋 About This Mod
This mod upscales all areas of the game to 4k resolution for high quality backgrounds and it allows to zoom in without pixelation.
Description
The game uses textures for map backgrounds. This mod upscale these textures to 4k, so that they always look high quality even when you zoom in close, which in the base game it caused extreme pixelation and low res quality.
In addition, this mod also upscales normal and albedo maps, which means that even illuminated areas will look much better (in vanilla, when the terrain is illuminated by a light source, be it torches, spells, etc., it looks extremely pixelated due to the low resolution of these specific textures).
Includes both the base game and the White march Dlcs.
Installation instructions
Simply extract all the content of the zip files into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\assetbundles
(or the folder you've installed the game in)
