Original abilities and weapons

This contains all of the abilities, and spells and items that were balanced out.

Including this because I am 42 hours in and my game was based around many of the things that were changed.

Fixed the spells and effects being neon pink and purple, weapons also fixed.

Undoes the following

Balance

• []Arbalest damage has been lowered.[/]

• []Tuned down Mind Blades.[/] []Slicken spell is now a single hit AoE.[/] []Chill Fog is now a friend or foe spell.[/] []Changed reload speed multiplier from 2 to 1. 2 for Sure-Handed Ila.[/] []Beloved Spirits adds 0. 4 Endurance to Ancient Memory instead of 2.[/] []Tuned damage on Brilliant Radiance down.[/]
