This mod replaces the Ghost's writing with lewd drawings. Install instructions come with the file. I do not own any images I was just provided them and then I modified them to fit the look of the game.
There is a SFW version and a NSFW version. Images for the NSFW version were provided for Lullero thanks bro.
I plan to make to mess around with the spirit box as well depending on the reception of this mod. Tbh I'm probably just going to end up replacing the spirit box sounds with GTA San Andreas memes. If you have any suggestions lmk. Might try it, might not.
