Harbour Heist - Port-au-Prince (fix)

I fixed a few things to improve playability on my servers. - Fixed players getting stuck in the skyline everywhere - Added an invisible wall ceiling - Fixed multiple out of bounds exploits - Removed the drill floor into the hanging vault - Replaced the ATMs in the ship vault with cash, gold and files - Removed the logic doors at the robber spawn to prevent spawn killing robbers at a single choke point - Added a second, more obvious logic lever for the port-a-potty - Reworked the drill floor container into a weapons chamber - Removed the gold bar on top of the ship and added some loose money around the ship - Removed a laptop in the container - Removed some money which was right next to the escape boat (16k -> 5k)
