ThatScottishGuy's Madness Combat Mod [REDUX]

NO REGRET. NO REMORSE. NO REASON. ONLY MADNESS. Another full remake, this time of my Madness Combat mod! Put this together surprisingly fast if im gonna be honest, especially since my last remake took over a year to finish. Users of the legacy version may notice that some fan characters like Gabriel Barsch and Happy Hank are absent from this release, this is due to them being moved to a seperate expansion pack DLC to this mod that'll be released later down the line. Other characters may also be absent because i haven't gotten around to remaking them yet, as i do have a few other mods i would like to work on. Your patience is appreciated. Thank you and enjoy!
