UPLS - French 75mm Field Gun

------- ------- The Canon de 75mm modèle 1897 was a French quick-firing field gun designed by Joseph Albert Deport in the early 1890's with Émile Rimailho and Étienne Sainte-Claire Deville finishing it in the mid to late 1890's The 75's major innovation was it's hydro-pneumatic recoil mechanism which allowed an unprecedented rate of fire to be achieved. Before recoiling artillery, essentially all cannon needed to move back upon firing to avoid severely damaging or breaking it's carriage. This mean't the gun needed to be re-aimed every shot, resulting in a fire rate of about 2-4 rounds per minute. The French 75 however, could achieve a fire rate of up to 30rpm. (though, this wasn't sustainable due to excessive heat buildup!) How to Load and Fire: Open Breech Insert Shell Close Breech Fire HE shell has a velocity of 600 metres per second (1960 feet/s) the impact fuze on it isn't 100% it can fail to fire sometimes Shrapnel shell has a velocity of 520 metres per second (1700 feet/s) this shell has a time fuze which can be set to whatever you wish. Starts off set at 0. 04s (lowest it can go) I also made a nuke shell (link) I recommend disabling hovering highlights, it lets you see the gun a lot better. Open pause menu, go to Settings, and in 'General' there is 'Show hovering highlights'. Object Count: 172 (cannon) shrapnel and HE shells are 17 objects each this contraption but with the parts visible This requires 'Quality of Life Items', but you don't need it turned on in-game.
