[PIF] Heavy ground vehicle

Change log: - Visual design: slightly changed. - Control lock: added a special block without activation of which the control does not work. - Changed main gun: since this vehicle was originally designed as an armored tank for close combat, the gun was replaced with a more suitable version that allows for close combat. - Crew: changed to simplified - standard models of humans, to increase optimization. - Transmission: the conveyors were changed to a system of “rollers” (as for me, the moment of the shot from the main gun looks very juicy thanks to the new transmission). - Armor: slightly reinforced. Cannon - reinforced version from the transporter has enough power for any range. Las-machine gun paired with the cannon - excellent short-range accuracy, but average medium-range accuracy.
