How It Works
The mod modifies
SBZArmorSettingsin memory before the heist initializes its armor data.
It sets the replenish delay to zero for all three armor types:

SBZArmorSettingsbecomes available, applies the changes to all three armor configurations, and then stops checking.
Uninstallation
InfiniteArmorAuto_v1. 0. 1folder from:
PAYDAY3\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\Restart the game to return to the default armor settings.
