Car-4 Sniper Var

It's a CAR-4 But also a sniper, the stats are in the screenshots section

Basically, small magazine, high damage, slow ROF and full customization, just like the original CAR-4, including magazines

This mod is for people who like the repeater, grom, contractor, but also want to fully customize the weapon.

It's classified as a sniper, so graze works, but I might change this in future if it's too strong
